February 2025

2025 Summer Games Registration is NOW OPEN and Closes February 9, 2025

Sports offered will be Aquatics, Athletics (track & field), Cheerleading & Flag Football.

Attendance for practices must be min of 75% and your Athlete is committed to attending and participating in the State Games held the weekend of May 16-18, 2025. Please only register if you are able to attend the practices AND attend the Games on May 16-18, Practices will start beginning of March and we will host a 2025 program overview / mandatory kick-off meeting Saturday, 9:00am, February 22nd – Please attend with your Athlete!

Reminders:

  • Games will be held at Emory University on May 16-18, 2025
  • Please visit our website at www.soforsyth.com to register.
  • Registration Closes February 9, 2025
  • February 22 at 9 AM at Central Park- Mandatory Kick-Off Meeting. Please attend with your athlete. Athletes will learn about their practices and meet their coaches. Athletes can drop off their swag to be monogrammed as well (see announcement below for monogramming information).
  • March – Practices Begin

Get Your Special Olympics Forsyth Monogrammed Swag and Gear!!

Would you like to get your own golf shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, vest, etc., monogramed with the Special Olympics Forsyth County logo and/or your name or initials?

The Special Olympics Forsyth County Logo will be monogramed in branded colors and name/initials will be black on light colors and white on dark colors.

Drop off: Tina Hillmer, Forsyth Therapeutic Program – Central Park
Drop off time: 8:00am – 4:00pm (M-F or email Tina) OR Bring to the Summer Games Kick Off Meeting on February 22nd.
Turn-around time: 7-10 days
