2026 Summer Games

Congratulations to all the Athletes who competed in athletics, aquatics and cheerleading at the Summer Games this past weekend!

Emory University was filled with joy this past weekend as over 100 of our athletes, unified partners and coaches participated in the games. Thank you to all who participated and those who were there to support our athletes… Great Job Team Forsyth!

Fall Games Registration: Opens July 1st – July 12th

Now is the time to check your paperwork expiration date. Athlete participation forms are required annually. Go to www.soforsyth.com to verify you are up to date.

2026 SOGA Fall Games, Valdosta GA – October 16-17-18, 2026

• Fall Games Sport Options: Bocce, Flag Football, Softball, Softball Skills, Golf and Golf Skills
• KICK-OFF MEETING- July 25th 9:00 AM at the NEW Matt’s Schoolhouse Community Building
  If you would like to have your SOFO logo added to any shirts, jackets, bags, etc. this is the ideal time to bring them. See Monogramming details below.

2026 Special Olympics USA Games

The Special Olympics USA Games are scheduled to take place from June 20-26, 2026, at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis MN.

On June 10th, the USA Torch Run will make its way to ATL as it is heading to Minneapolis! The “live run” will start at the Capital and end at the Coca Cola Headquarters in Atlanta. Athlete, Hector Rivera will be running a 2-mile leg of the race with the SO USA Games Representatives and meet-up with SOGA – Team GA at Coke Headquarters!

Athletes: Julianne Howell, William Robinson, Josh Kirby and Amanda Blue with Hector Rivera as an alternate.

2026 Battle of the Bats

The 2026 Battle of the Bats will be held at Central Park on Saturday, September 19th. Mark your calendars for a day of fun competition with our fellow softball players.

Get Your Special Olympics Forsyth Monogrammed Swag and Gear!

Would you like to get your own golf shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, vest, towel, etc… monogrammed with the Special Olympics Forsyth County logo and/or your name or initials?

The Special Olympics Forsyth County logo will be monogrammed in branded colors, and the logo will be black on light colors and white on dark colors – unless otherwise requested.

How to get your Items Monogrammed:
